WARRANTY

Our smartphones have a 2 year guarantee that covers any manufacturing fault. We offer coustumer service for all purchases. These guarantee conditions apply to both wholesale and retail purchases. The client is responsible for sending the faulty product to us for examination by our technical service professionals. 

The client may return the product for a full refund within seven working days after the receipt of the product, provided that the product is in perfect condition, inside its original packaging and with all its accesories.

      • DELIVERY TYPE AND TIME

Total delivery time is composed of two parts: processing time and actual shipping time.

Processing time refers to the time from when your payment is received to when we gather up all the items and pack them. The second part is the actual shipping time. This is the time that it takes for the package to be delivered by the couriers to the major destination. Our processing takes 3-4 working days normally, while shipping time depends on the Shipping Method you choose.

EXPRESS SHIPPING

For urgent orders, the DHL shipping option (which takes 5 to 7 days) is best choice for you, and we will process your orders in priority.
